Gulch Smoothies was born from a simple conviction: the best drinks don't need a long ingredient list. They need real fruit, clean water, and the patience to blend them properly.

We opened our doors on Brewery Avenue in the heart of Bisbee — a town that values authenticity over spectacle — and built something that reflects that spirit. Every smoothie, every juice, every bowl is made to order, from scratch, in full view of our customers.

Our fruit comes from local suppliers and seasonal markets whenever possible. Our milk alternatives are unsweetened and unflavored unless you ask otherwise. And we've never once used a concentrate or a powdered sweetener, because the word "smoothie" should mean exactly what it says.
